Lakeside Course was designed in 1993 by a gentleman named Robert McFarland of the United States. Robert took full advantage of this opportunity to create many holes situated on the 1500 hectares of surrounding lakes. Measuring 6,516 yards from the Gold tees this Par 72 will continually challenge you regardless of your handicap and golfing capabilities. The Tif Dwarf greens are small in size but very fair as are the tight Bermuda fairways. The well designed course is maintained by our team of foreign experts and local understudies.
Many of the hidden greens require accurate carries over the lake or swampy terrain. A favorite hole is the thirteenth, a par-5 with the tee shot having to clear a gorge. Also a par-5, the 572-yard seventh is another standout, featuring a double dogleg from an elevated tee. Probably the most memorable hole is the fourteenth, the highest point on the course with excellent views.
The BRG Golf Resort Lakeside Course is floodlight making late tee times and evening starts available to anyone who prefers to play at that time of day.
